I am a Marketing Consultant that specializes in implementing customized solutions for health professionals and other small businesses. From hosting events to designing websites; media buying and copywriting...I do it all.

I am a West Hartford native & mom to three children ages 9, 11 & 13, two dogs and a cat (all rescue pets) as well as a foster mom to many pets who have graced me with their presence. I am also on a personal journey to better my own wellness and those that would like to gain health, knowledge and courage with me!

And of course, I couldn't do it all without the support of my husband who puts up with it all and encourages me to do what makes me happy including volunteering for pets, pto and more.
