I am a Holistic Health Counselor living in Sandown NH. As a student at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I am learning over 100 different dietary theories as well as up-to-date, cutting edge mind and body health theories and practices .

My practice, Full Circle Health Counseling, focuses on working with women and children. I support my clients with creating balance between a healthy lifestyle and diet, which is sorely missing in the lives of many these days.

I give my clients a supportive environment in which they can share their health goals, and then support them through their journey of achieving those goals, with a customized plan. Not every diet is one-size-fits-all, and thats where I come in. As a woman who has dealt with weight and esteem issues for most of her life, I am honored to be able to help my clients reach their goals and create the lives they have always dreamed of!
