Joe Alas, Neighbor

Joe Alas is the founder and CEO of Quality Temp Staffing, the leading staffing agency for medical professionals and technologists in Southern California. The company was founded in 1988 and continues to thrive thanks to a strong commitment to its employees. Mr. Alas discovered his love of nuclear medicine while serving in the Air Force. He joined the military after fleeing the civil war in El Salvador with his family and wanted to give back to his new country by serving the United States. He went on to earn his certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and ultrasound technologist. In addition to his duties as CEO, Mr. Alas has enjoyed helping train nuclear medicine and ultrasound techs. After a long career as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technician, he is now looking forward to stepping out of the lab and continuing to support QTS employees while enjoying a well-deserved retirement.
