I'm a former "I won't run even if a killer is chasing me" gal converted into a fitness junkie by Operation Boot Camp.  I am an Operation Boot Camp Candler Park & Decatur Instructor as well as Cross Fit Level 1 Coach. My hope is to be a non-judgmental, realistic resource with real solutions for healthier living.  I want everyone to get active and strong so they can lead healthier, longer lives that keep them living independently as long as possible.  I also hope to make you laugh hard enough to snort at least once.
