Folkways Wines

Join us for an introduction to the world of sake. We’ll be joined by a sake expert to taste through a range of styles while exploring how sake is made, what shapes its flavor and texture, and how to make sense of the language you’ll encounter on a bottle. Along the way, we’ll talk about serving, pairing, and why sake deserves a place at the table far beyond Japanese food.
