Mr. Stefanuca is one of Maryland’s premier medical malpractice/personal injury attorneys. He has been named a Rising Star by Maryland Super Lawyers Magazine and the Baltimore Magazine. He was also named among the top ten personal injury attorneys under 40 in Maryland by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.

Unlike most medical malpractice/personal injury attorneys, Mr. Stefanuca has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. For a number of years, he represented MedStar Health, a $4 billion health care system in the Baltimore area with a network of nine hospitals and twenty other health-related businesses across Maryland and the Washington, D.C. region. In 2012, Mr. Stefanuca joined Maryland’s legal powerhouse – the law firm of Murphy, Falcon & Murphy. He has been involved in a number of high profile cases, including the class action filed against St. Joseph Medical Center on behalf of hundreds of patients who received unnecessary cardiac stents.

Mr. Stefanuca lives with his wife and son in Towson. Occasionally, he has to mediate disputes between his boxer and Siamese cat. Among friends, Mr. Stefanuca is known for his winemaking and painting skills.
