Joy Jay

Joy is a 2014 graduate of Beloved Yoga's 200 hr. Teacher Training Program in Reston, VA. Seven years ago she experienced her first yoga class at a gym. This experience has led her on a journey to connect body, mind and spirit. Her desire is to teach the versatility of yoga with safety. Since there are many people who would never experience yoga in a gym atmosphere, she hopes they will come to her home studio, joyoga, in Broadlands, VA.
