Judith Rosenfield, Neighbor

Judith Rosenfield, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a licensed speech-language pathologist specializing in social communication training. Since receving her B.A. in Communication Sciences from UConn in 1983, and her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from the Ohio State University in 1985, she has worked for 26 years helping children and adults with all types of speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing problems.  Judy developed the "Wait Your Turn" social communication training program, and is the owner and director of a holistic education center called, "King's Speech and Learning Center" in Avon

As a mother of four children, she understands the reality and complexity of  parenting  and educating in the 21st Century.  She takes a functional approach to her training by addressing the needs of every day speech and communication problems across contexts, involving  parents, siblings, peers, teachers and co-workers.
