This documentary has won several film festival awards and is the follow up to an Emmy-award winning short film. In the Himalayan foothills, a former monk has built a community for children who have endured abandonment and neglect and the film focuses on the fundamental question of what happens when suffering meets compassion. It's a powerful story of resilience, healing, and the impact of compassion in action. It's truly not to be missed and is a lesson for us all. Includes Q&A with producers (in person) and community founder (via zoom). Tickets found here: https://jhamtse.org/loving-karma/.
