The Maryland STEM Festival is excited to kick things off with our Opening Ceremony at the University of Maryland, College Park on October 15, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The evening will feature hands-on STEM activities, plus a visit from R2-D2 and astronaut Sally Ride, portrayed by actress Mary Ann Jung!
We warmly invite your families to join us for this special free event and help inspire curiosity and a love of STEM among students and families in Prince George’s County.
More details about the Festival and the Opening Ceremony are available on <a href="https://marylandstemfestival.org/find-events/opening-ceremony/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">our website.</a> If you have any questions, please reach out.
