Justin Silberman, Neighbor

I am a senior at Towson University, where majors in journalism and new media. I have called Owings Mills home my whole life, but some consider me geographically challenged because I root for the New York Mets, Knicks and Rangers. The lone home sports team I support is the Ravens. I am currently a baseball columnist for the Queens Chronicle, a weekly newspaper in Queens, N.Y., with a circulation of 160,000. Before starting with the Chronicle in April, I interned with PressBox, a free sports monthly in Baltimore. My proudest professional achievements include interviewing gymnast Jordyn Wieber, the reigning world all-around champion and 2012 Olympic gold medalist, as well as former Towson standout and current San Antonio Spurs guard, Gary Neal. My hope for this blog is to provide Orioles fans with some objective commentary and observations.
