I am Kaitlin a 23-year-old food and fitness enthusiast. I love to cook and bake, I am all about healthy recipes and definitely guilty pleasures here and there. You can find me blogging about my kitchen over at forloveofcarrots.com. When I am not busy in the kitchen you can find me at the gym, outside, behind a book or with my friends and family.

I was born and raised in Fairfield. I went to York College of Pennsylvania, where I got my degree in Behavioral Science human services with a minor in criminal justice. Upon graduating in 2010 I spent three months on South Africa where I was volunteering in a third grade classroom and at a shelter for abused children. When I got back I interned for a while at a non-profit called Pencils of Promise until I found my current job. I now work as a case manager at a non-profit called SKIP of New York. I work with developmentally disabled children helping them to get the proper care that they need to live their lives to the fullest.
