As a thank you to our customers and community, Guardian Storage is hosting a series of FREE Shred-It events throughout our Pittsburgh locations. These events provide a safe way to dispose of unwanted files, papers, and documents free of charge and no purchase or commitment of any kind. The only request is that a voluntary monetary donation or unopened school supplies be brought to the event to support The Education Partnership. Please limit paper waste to the equivalent of five file boxes’ worth and remove file clips before arrival. 

The events on May 16 will take place at the following Guardian Storage locations from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.: 

Shadyside: 5873 Centre Ave, Pittsburgh 
Seven Fields: 367 High Pointe Dr, Mars 
Monroeville 22: 4711 William Penn Hwy, Monroeville 
Hampton: 4750 William Flinn Hwy, Allison Park 
Fox Chapel: 1390 Old Freeport Rd, Fox Chapel 

SAFETY FIRST: If you are physically unable to unload your items for shredding, please leave your items in your trunk and a team member will be able to assist you. Visit guardianstorage.com/shred for full safety precautions. 

NOTE: Have more than five file boxes’ worth of paper waste? Check back at the last hour of the event to see if there is space remaining in the truck.

Introducing….&nbsp; BikePGH’s first-ever SPRING BIKE PICNIC!
Come with us on a 15-mile marshaled bike ride, rolling through key infrastructure wins like the Forbes Ave Protected Bike Lanes, Penn Circle Conversion in East Liberty, several neighborways, and Penn Ave in the Strip.
Then, relax at Frick Environmental Center with hot dogs, lawn games, and good company to celebrate the progress we’ve made over the past 20+ years of connecting the bike network.
**This is a fundraiser event to keep the progress going!**

Join Cancer Bridges for a meaningful and memorable day on the green at our 16th Annual Golf Classic. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Valley Brook Country Club, this beloved event brings together golfers, businesses, and community members who share a commitment to ensuring that no one faces cancer alone.
Proceeds from the Golf Classic directly support Cancer Bridges’ free programs and services, which provide emotional and social support, wellness opportunities, and a strong sense of community for individuals and families impacted by cancer. Every swing, putt, and partnership helps fuel the mission of Cancer Bridges - offering hope, connection, and support at every stage of the cancer journey.
There are many ways to get involved and make an impact. We welcome single golfers, pairs, and foursomes to enjoy a full day of golf, camaraderie, and friendly competition. Businesses and organizations are invited to support the event through sponsorship and underwriting opportunities that offer valuable visibility while demonstrating a commitment to community health and well-being. Volunteers also play a vital role in making the day a success, helping with registration, lunch, and on course engagement + activities.
Whether you join us on the course, partner with us as a sponsor, or lend your time as a volunteer, your involvement helps Cancer Bridges continue providing vital support to those navigating cancer. Together, we can turn a great day of golf into a powerful force for good.
