Join the Town of Cortlandt for a special public tribute to our Veterans and plaque unveiling in honor of Christopher Katz at the newly renovated Michael C. Mongero Veterans Memorial Park. This ceremony serves as a community gathering to honor, remember, and give thanks for service and sacrifice. All are welcome to attend this meaningful dedication&nbsp;as we gather to celebrate the re-dedication of Michael C. Mongero Veterans Memorial Park and honor the lasting legacy of Christopher Katz, age 22.
Christopher was a beloved son, brother, friend, athlete, and a young leader dedicated to serving others whose commitment to protecting and helping others reflected the values of courage, integrity, and service.
This special ceremony will also honor the brave men and women of our Armed Forces whose sacrifices protect the freedoms we cherish.
Join us as we come together to remember Christopher, honor our veterans, and celebrate a community legacy built on service, sacrifice, and love.
