FriYAY Art Play is a process-based art experience where creativity and exploration come first. Children will experiment with materials, get messy, and express themselves freely in a fun, supportive environment. Each session is a 2-hour drop-off (9–11am) with all materials provided. Children should bring a small snack and water.

Monthly Pizza &amp; Paint Parties are open to ages 7-12 who seek a fun and creative Friday night out. 5:30pm-7:30pm. Includes a 11”x14” guided acrylic canvas painting project, cheese/pepperoni pizza and beverages. Class is drop off. $40
Reimbursement Policy : Please note that refunds are not available for Pizza &amp; Paint Nights. These events sell out in advance to allow us to plan appropriately for purchasing supplies, food, and other materials. If your child is unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, we will happily provide a pre-drawn canvas, paint, and a brush for them to complete their project at home.

The 90th Hartford County 4-H Fair returns to 56 Egypt Road in Somers, CT, August 14–16, celebrating 90 fairs of 4-H tradition and community.
Enjoy livestock and 4-H exhibits, food trucks, live music, robotics, kids’ activities, demonstrations, and more. On Saturday from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, visitors can get up close with big vehicles at Touch-a-Truck, featuring utility vehicles, tractors, garbage trucks, and more. Barrel train and wagon rides, Doodlebug pulls, a horse draw, and the 90th Fair Celebration are also part of the weekend.
Fair hours are 8:00 AM–9:30 PM Friday and Saturday and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Sunday. Admission is $7, seniors $4, and free for military with ID and children 3 and under. Parking is free.
