4 inch thick Futon, Blanket and Eye Mask will be provided.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Bring a pillow if you need one&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
In sessions I use around 18 Therapy grade, deeper toned and tuned Tibetan Metal Bowls, 1 26" and 1 32" Atlantis deep toned gongs, Sea &amp; Frame Drums, Crystal Pyramid, Long Solfeggio Scale tuned Chime pipes&nbsp;and other instruments which when struck direct different frequencies of sound waves through the room and&nbsp;body.

Southold Historical Museum Maple Lane Campus

Celebrate America's Birthday Party at Southold Historical Museum's Maple Lane Campus on Saturday, July 11, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, during a special Living History Revolutionary War Encampment commemorating America's 250th.
Experience the sights and sounds of the Revolutionary era as reenactors from the Third New York Regiment recreate an authentic military encampment. Explore soldiers' tents and equipment, learn about daily camp life, and discover what it was like to march with General George Washington's Continental Army.
This family-friendly celebration offers something for everyone. Children can play traditional colonial games in the historic Bayview Schoolhouse and on the museum grounds, while visitors of all ages can join a spirited Hamilton sing-along in the Reichert Family Barn. Throughout the day, enjoy living history demonstrations, artisan vendors, food tastings, light refreshments, and the thunder of a live cannon firing.
The festivities conclude with the presentation of America's birthday cake as we celebrate 250 years of our nation's history and the enduring legacy of 1776.

As part of our ongoing 250th celebrations, join us for a moderated debate between Cutchogue’s most notable Revolutionary War nemeses, loyalist Parker Wickham and Patriot Jared Landon. Hear costumed actors debate using Wickham and Landon’s own words. The town truly wasn’t big enough for the two of them. The winner not only won their independence, but also the keys to the Old House.Saturday, July11, 1:00 pm , Mezzanine of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Free Library, with reception to follow. The 5th Annual Springs Garden Party returns on Saturday, July 11, for an elegant summer evening benefiting the Springs Food Pantry. Held in the beautiful gardens of hosts Greg McCarthy and Peter Bickford, guests will enjoy cocktails, seasonal hors d’oeuvres, live music, and a lively auction and raffle—all in support of nearly 400 local families served each week by the Pantry. This year’s event will also celebrate the Pantry’s farming partners: Amber Waves, Balsam Farms, Quail Hill Farm, and Share the Harvest Farm.
