I returned to Decatur in 2011, and couldn't be happier.  I love the small town feel, including knowing my neighbors, which is pretty rare these days.

My health coaching business integrates nutrition, fitness and empowered thinking and action, to create a more holistic approach to helping people lead a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

I am so happy, and grateful, that I decided to move my business closer to home. It's been a real life changer for me. I now live and work within the community that I want to serve and be a part of.
