<ul><li>This is a quiet and distraction-free experience.</li><li>Please remain silent during the sound bath.</li><li>No phone use, talking, or texting once the session begins.</li><li>Please do not perform yoga poses or stretches during the sound portion.</li><li>Understand that this is a public class – occasional snoring or natural sounds may occur.</li></ul>
