Crossfit Illumine Kids/Teens is a Brand X Method Training Center. Each class includes fun workouts in a group setting encouraging team work, leadership, sportsmanship, and discipline. CrossFit Illumine Kids learn how to be well-rounded athletes increasing physical competence safely under the supervision of certified CrossFit Kids Trainers.
