East End Seaport Museum and Marine Foundation

The Group is partnering with the East End Seaport Museum for their Summer Mornings program.
Participants will wade in Widow’s Hole with Group for the East End to catch small fish, crabs, mollusks, and more! Captured creatures will be placed in an aquarium for observation, and released back into the water.
This program is for children ages 7 - 11. Registration is required.

Downs Farm Preserve

Join the Group for an educational craft event at Downs Farm Preserve in Cutchogue. We’ll learn about important pollinators while creating a monarch caterpillar bracelet. 
This family-friendly event is recommended for children ages 6 to 14. 
Advance registration is required as space is limited. All materials will be provided.

In sessions I use around 18 Therapy grade, deeper toned and tuned Tibetan Metal Bowls, 1 26" and 1 32" Atlantis deep toned gongs, Sea &amp; Frame Drums, Crystal Pyramid, Long Solfeggio Scale tuned Chime pipes&nbsp;and other instruments which when struck direct different frequencies of sound waves through the room and&nbsp;body.

Utilizing hand made Medical grade bell metal bowls (and 2 deep tone Symphonic Gongs 26/32inch) that, when placed on and around the body, deliver Sound Waves directly into the body that penetrate to the deepest level. Muscle tension vanishes, Inflammation decreases, Fascia unwinds, lymph and blood flow are restored to optimum states and the mind is cleared of stress producing thought patterns producing a deeply meditative state.
