Downs Farm Preserve

Join the Group and ReWild North Fork for a tour and talk of the native plant meadow at Downs Farm Preserve in Cutchogue. You’ll learn about its designation as a Monarch Waystation by Monarch Watch, the native plants that support these critical pollinators, other insects, and wildlife, and how you can create waystations at home and in your community.

Join the Group at The Green School in Sagaponack to learn about local estuarine species and their adaptations through specimens and a live touch tank. Come ready to explore, touch live creatures and examine fun specimens to find out more about who and what lives in the waters of East End of Long Island.

In sessions I use around 18 Therapy grade, deeper toned and tuned Tibetan Metal Bowls, a 26" inch deep tone&nbsp;Gong, Sea &amp; Frame Drums, Crystal Pyramid, Long Solfeggio Scale tuned Chime pipes&nbsp;and other instruments which when struck direct different frequencies of sound waves through the room and&nbsp;body.

The 5th Annual Springs Garden Party returns on Saturday, July 11, for an elegant summer evening benefiting the Springs Food Pantry. Held in the beautiful gardens of hosts Greg McCarthy and Peter Bickford, guests will enjoy cocktails, seasonal hors d’oeuvres, live music, and a lively auction and raffle—all in support of nearly 400 local families served each week by the Pantry. This year’s event will also celebrate the Pantry’s farming partners: Amber Waves, Balsam Farms, Quail Hill Farm, and Share the Harvest Farm.
