On Sunday, September 20th, Sudbury will host our third inaugural <a href="https://kids.pmc.org/sudbury" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Sudbury PMC Kids Bike Ride</a>.&nbsp;Our ride is a 1-mile loop that riders may enjoy as long as they would like. The one mile course is entirely paved and loops through the beautiful residential neighborhoods of historic Sudbury. Parents are welcome to ride with their children but it is not required. If a parent chooses to accompany their child on the bike, we ask that they register as volunteers.&nbsp;
Many kids choose to ride the loop 3-6-12 or even 15 times. We encourage riders to participate as long as they would like. We will have special badges for riders who accomplish 5-8-12 and 15 miles, too! Please indicate at registration an estimate of your rider's total distance (this will help us for event organization).&nbsp;There is also an enclosed parking lot loop all starting from Curtis Middle School in Sudbury, MA. (Adults may opt to register as volunteers if they would like to ride with the kids). Before the ride there will be music and bike decorating; during the ride and following there will be an Ice-Cream Truck, Food Truck, Coffee Truck, huge bouncy castle, lawn games, music and more. All registered riders will get a free ice cream from our friends at Trombetta’s Farm Ice Cream. Registration takes place from 8:30am-9:45am. The ride is from 10:00am-11:30am, and food and games will be available from 10:00am - 1:00pm.
“The Pan-Mass Challenge is a Massachusetts-based bike-a-thon that raises more money for charity than any other single athletic fundraising event in the country. Always held the first weekend in August, the PMC raises funds for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, a world leader in adult and pediatric cancer treatment and research. Each summer, thousands of riders and volunteers from 43 states and 12 countries participate in the PMC, all with a common goal: to find a cure for cancer.
100 percent of all rider-raised funds go directly to cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber and the Jimmy Fund. The PMC is Dana-Farber’s single largest supporter and is 62 percent of the Jimmy Fund’s annual revenue. Since 1980, the PMC has raised $972 million for Dana-Farber.”
The Sudbury PMC Kids Bike Ride empowers young participants to contribute to a meaningful cause while enjoying a fun activity. By offering multiple course options, every child will have the opportunity to participate and make a difference - regardless of age or ability. Each ride distance is carefully planned to be safe and enjoyable, with designated routes through historic Sudbury neighborhoods that are well-marked and closely monitored by volunteers. For the youngest participants, the tot lot loop provides a secure environment where kids can ride in a contained area - strollers, scooters, tricycles are ALL welcome!
Beyond the joy of bike riding, the Sudbury PMC Kids Bike Ride serves as a powerful educational experience for children, teaching them about the impact of collective efforts in fighting cancer. As they pedal for a purpose, they learn about empathy, community involvement, and the importance of supporting breakthroughs in treatment and cures at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This event not only raises crucial funds for cancer research but also instills valuable life lessons in the young riders; collectively we all pedal towards a more cancer-free future. As with all PMC rides, every penny donated goes directly to cancer treatment and research at Dana-Farber.

Position Summary:
The Project Sales Associate is responsible for managing and growing sales of commercial doors, frames, and architectural hardware on construction projects. This role focuses on contractor, general contractor, architect, and facility owner relationships&mdash;supporting projects from design stage through submittal, pricing, and final installation. This is a project-based sales role (not door-to-door sales) with a strong emphasis on technical understanding, coordination, and long-term account development. ________________________________________

Position Summary: The Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering products efficiently and safely. This role supports daily warehouse operations while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers and job sites. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Warehouse Duties: -Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments. -Verify product quantities and report discrepancies or damages. -Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. -Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery. -Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. -Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, etc. -Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. -Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Driver Duties: -Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. -Deliver products to customers, vendors, and job sites according to schedules. -Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures when required. -Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues. -Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company driving policies. -Maintain accurate delivery logs and records. -Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent preferred. -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. -Previous warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience preferred. -Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification. -Basic inventory management skills. -Strong organizational and time management abilities. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements: -Ability to lift and carry up to 50-100 pounds. -Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods. -Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments. -Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles.

Reports To: Operations Manager
Salary commensurate with experience.
