Enjoy a one-hour outdoor yoga flow led by the amazing Kadri, surrounded by wagging tails, happy faces, and pups striking their best downward dogs right alongside you.

Spending time with dogs has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, boost mood, and increase feelings of calm and connection — and this class is the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and unconditional love. You may even meet your new best friend, as all participating pups will be available for adoption.
