I am the owner of the Jazzercise Elk Grove Fitness Center. I've been a certified Jazzercise instructor for 10 years and a certified aerobics instructor for two years before that. I love helping others reach their fitness goals! I have a Journalism degree from CSUS. When I'm not sweating it out, I enjoy reading, crafting, gardening, cooking and chasing my three kids around. I am also a Girl Scout leader.
