Littles and their grownups are warmly invited to join Cantorial Soloist Molly Bajgot and Rabbi Darby for an interactive Tot Shabbat service and dinner. We’ll be celebrating both Shabbat&nbsp;and&nbsp;Simchat Torah: a joyful holiday where we sing, dance, and celebrate the incredible gift of Torah!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
We’ll gather on the quilt for songs and prayers, and then spend some time doing a special dance with our plush Torahs. Our&nbsp;service will be followed by dinner and a community Simchat Torah&nbsp;celebration&nbsp;that all young families are warmly welcome to join for&nbsp;(note: there will be more music and dancing, as well as arts &amp; crafts!)&nbsp;

Join Kerem Shalom for dinner, dancing, and revelry to celebrate Simchat Torah with Yiddish dance leader Judy Bressler. She’ll lead us in joyous processions (hakafot) accompanied by our Kerem Shalom Klezmer players.
Dinner begins at 6:15 pm followed by dancing at 7 pm. All ages welcome.
Judy is a founding member of Boston’s Klezmer Conservatory Band, heard on all 10 of their recordings, and has performed extensively across America and abroad. She is part of an ongoing 30+ years with Itzhak Perlman in The Fiddler’s House tours. Judy has taught Yiddish song and dance at Klezkamp, Klezkanade, Yiddish New York, the Boston Workers’ Circle, and for the New York Workers Circle. She is considered a leading interpreter and performer of Yiddish song in her generation. She is a seminal figure in the revival of interest in Yiddish language and culture that began in the 1980’s and continues today.
