LA DanceFit Dance Teams 2026
Ready to take your dancing to the next level? LA DanceFit Dance Teams are an exciting 8-week training and performance experience designed for adults of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re brand new to dance or have years of experience, Dance Teams provide a supportive, inspiring environment where you can grow, connect, and shine.
Train weekly with one of our incredible instructors in the style you love, build confidence, improve your technique, make lasting friendships, and learn a complete performance routine. Along the way, you’ll experience the joy of working toward a common goal with your team while developing valuable performance skills and creating unforgettable memories.
