Larry Vogel, Neighbor

I grew up in the New York City area, and moved to Washington State in 1970 to attend graduate school at the University of Washington.  After completing my studies, I taught general biology at a local community college and worked for the Bureau of Land Management as a field biologist before beginning my professional career in public information for Seattle City Light.  While with City Light I developed numerous public information and education programs, managed the public tour program at the Skagit Hydroelectric Project, served as news media representative, and managed web content.  I retired in 2007, and now serve on the Edmonds Historic Preservation Commission.
