To help combat the growing epidemic of food insecurity on College & University Campuses, Gourmet Dining, JBJ Soul Foundation, & Rutgers University have forged a relationship. This relationship is based on the successful community restaurant model created by The JBJ Soul Foundation founded by Jon and Dorothea Bongiovi in Red Bank, NJ back in 2011.
