One free kids meal with every adult pasta, parm or main dish, dine-in. Kids menu: pasta with marinara, butter or vodka sauce; pasta with a meatball; ravioli; 9-inch cheese pizza; chicken tenders with fries. Learn how to exercise safely with osteoporosis and osteopenia while building strength, balance, and mobility in this three-part workshop series.
Each session includes expert guidance on bone health, osteoporosis care, balance, strengthening, and nutrition, followed by a movement class led by a master Pilates and yoga instructor. Participants will leave with practical tools to support bone health and overall well-being in a supportive environment.
