PLANK® Ridgefield | Yoga, Barre, Strength & Reformer Pilates | Coffee + Retail

In celebration of its two-year anniversary, Plank Ridgefield is offering a 22% discount on fitness offerings, retail items, and membership options from Oct. 26 through Nov. 1. The studio is also unveiling a refreshed café menu featuring cold-pressed juices, gluten-free baked goods, soups, salads, and wraps provided by local partners O2 Café and Root 2 Rise.
Established in 2024 by Linda Murphy, the Main Street studio provides a range of classes including hot yoga, Pilates-barre, reformer sessions, and HIIT. In honor of two years, the anniversary promotion centers around the number two:

Two Years, Big Savings: Anniversary Specials

•Two weeks of unlimited mat classes for $22 — days of yoga, Pilates and other mat-based workouts.
•$22 reformer classes.
•22% off class packs and drop-ins on 10/29— with promo code TUTU.
•22% off boutique purchases — fitness apparel, accessories and more. Excludes sale merchandise.
•$2,200 for 12 months of unlimited MAT classes (HOT yoga, barre, pilates, strength, HIIT).

A Fresh New Chapter for Plank’s Café

Partnering with O2 Café and Root 2 Rise, the updated café menu features organic, locally sourced options for both breakfast and lunch. Offerings include wholesome chia seed puddings, overnight oats, cold-pressed juices, hearty soups, fresh salads, wraps, and a selection of baked goods—with ample options for vegan and gluten-free diets.
"We listened closely to our members' requests for expanded breakfast and lunch selections," explained Linda Murphy, owner of Plank Ridgefield and Plank Katonah. "I am delighted to introduce a curated lineup of my personal favorites from O2 Café and Root 2 Rise, including their soups, salads, wraps, pastries, and overnight oats. We want Plank to be an inviting space where members can connect over a meal after class or pick up nourishing food to go."

Two Years of Movement, Wellness and Community

Since opening in the former Squash's space on Main Street in 2024, Plank Ridgefield has built a loyal following through its welcoming atmosphere and diverse classes. Murphy opened the first Plank studio in Katonah, N.Y., in 2023, creating spaces where people of all fitness levels can get stronger, recharge and connect.
"These past two years have been incredible, and it's our members who have made Plank what it is today," Murphy added. "We're so grateful for this community and the friendships we've built along the way. This anniversary is our way of saying thank you, and we're excited to celebrate with special offers, new café favorites and many more years of moving together. We encourage everyone to stop by our free tasting event this Thursday (10/29) from 8am - 2pm. We’ll also offer 30% studio items during Ridgefield’s Sip & Shop event on November 5th."
