SW Operation Graduation, Neighbor

South Windsor Operation Graduation is the committee solely responsible for funding, planning, and implementing the safe grad party for all SWHS seniors, to provide all students a safe, substance free night and encourage good decisions. Many students would not be able to pay an admission fee and for some, this might be their only celebration.
