I have worked for Downers Grove Township since May of 1998. I was originally hired as the Human Services Director, in charge of staff as well as program development and implementation. In July of 2014, the Township Supervisor made me Public Relations Director as well as tasked me with developing our non-profit, Friends of Downers Grove Township Senior Citizens. Prior to the Township, I utilized my Master's in Counseling Psychology in a variety of fields and organizations including The Touchstone Group and Gateway Foundation. My first career out of college was in the financial industry. I worked for Kemper Financial Services as a manager in their Shareholder Services Department and later for Prudential, working with clients to protect their assets. I truly enjoy creating collaborations within the community as well as being involved with helping individuals strive for a healthy and balanced life. I am blessed to enjoy all of that in my current capacity at the Township.
