Lorne Cross MD is a healthcare physician with a focus in addiction treatment. Based in Portland, Oregon, he currently serves as the Medical Director at Willamette Valley Comprehensive Treatment Center. Specifically, Lorne Cross MD specializes in Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid addiction. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Southwestern Adventist College, graduating Magna cum laude. He completed his Medical Degree and residency training at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Southern California. Lorne Cross MD has held many leadership positions throughout his career, including Anesthesia Surgical Services Medical Director and Anesthesia Department Chairman at Legacy Mt. Hood. Before starting to work in Addiction Medicine, Dr. Cross worked in private practice anesthesia locations in Texas, Washington and California. He has also served in the U.S. Army Reserve, and from 1995 to 2005, he served in Madigan Army Hospital and Darnall Army Hospital as an anesthesiologist.
