Hi, I'm Lynetta Avery, an independent facilitator at Brilliant Light Healing & Wellness Center in Saratoga. After going through my own Family Constellations session, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders that I didn't even realize I'd been carrying, and it changed how I move through the world. Now I get to hold that same space for others, helping them see the patterns and burdens quietly passed down through their families so they can finally set them down too, and feel that same freedom I found. Beyond Family Constellations, I offer Saha Yoga, a partner-assisted stretching practice that builds trust and connection while easing your body into a deeper release, along with sound healing and Reiki sessions that calm the nervous system and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more like yourself. Whatever brings you through the door, my hope is simple, that you leave feeling a little more free than when you arrived.
