At this women's centered event we’ll be talking about:
• Dementia risk & brain health: family history, aging, and modifiable risk factors
• Blood sugar & the brain: understanding the metabolic connection
• Dementia care planning, navigation & caregiver guidance

• Life beyond the diagnosis: identity, connection, purpose, and art therapy
Whether you’re thinking about your own brain health, have a family history that has you wondering what it means for you, are supporting someone you love, or simply want to better understand this incredibly complex topic—I hope you’ll join us.
