Mallory Inman, Neighbor

Originally from Minnesota, I've lived in Iowa for the past six years and Cedar Falls for the past two.

I spend loads of my time cooking, baking, and building/reading my cookbook collection, and I write about the various projects taking place in my kitchen. I also enjoy reading, yoga, knitting, and sewing. I spent a summer on an organic vegetable farm in Iowa, and a year working to enrich the local food system, and I'm especially passionate about finding and cooking with local produce and growing my own food.
