Marc Weber dds dentist NY NJ found not guilty of an indictment brought by the division of Insurance fraud a branch of the Division of Consumer affairs which the Board of Dentistry is also a branch of. The issue is that all are overseen by the Attorney General office. There's no separation of powers due to the bully NJ executive branch and powers of the Governor.
