Wellness and Prevention Center, Neighbor

The Wellness and Prevention Center, located in San Clemente, California, develops community-wide strategies to address substance abuse and mental health issues affecting school aged children. The Center is located on the campus of San Clemente HIgh School and provides school based therapeutic services that address the social and emotional needs of students in addition to providing community based prevention education.
