Margaret is the COO of Sweets Kendamas located in Bloomington, Minnesota. She was introduced to kendama playing by her grandson, who now at 12, soundly beats her in every kendama game they play! Sweets seeks to teach and spread the knowledge of the ancient Japanese cup-and-ball game so that many generations to come can enjoy the game. Kendama's re-birth in the US has spurred additional Japanese growth which is now radiating around the world. Sweets Kendamas hand-paints its own products, making them some of the best-playing and most beautiful kendamas in the world. Its innovation in its painting processes creates kendamas that pro and amateur kendama players crave. They are also some of the most collectible kendamas in the world. Margaret lives in the eastern Metro area with her husband, daughter, grandson and their little black cat, Cheebs.
