Corey Helford Gallery Presents Love, Death &amp; All Her Friends, a new solo exhibition by acclaimed Australian based artist Hieu Thien Nguyen, known artistically as kelogsloops.
Opening September 19th, 2026, in Gallery 3, the exhibition brings together a new body of ethereal watercolor works exploring the fleeting nature of life, the intensity of love, the inevitability of loss, and the quiet acceptance that comes with knowing nothing lasts forever. 
With Love, Death &amp; All Her Friends, Nguyen turns his attention toward the passage of time and the emotional experiences that shape a life. The exhibition moves through the excitement of new beginnings, the tenderness and intensity of love, the grief of inevitable endings, and ultimately, the realization that impermanence is not something to fear, but an essential part of what makes life meaningful.
Open to the public and free to attend, Love, Death &amp; All Her Friends will debut on Saturday September 19th from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm in Gallery 3. The exhibition will be presented alongside Corey Helford Gallery’s 20th Anniversary Celebration – September Edition in the Main Gallery.&nbsp;Exhibitions will be on view at CHG through October 24th.

Corey Helford Gallery (CHG) celebrates a landmark achievement: twenty years of championing artistic vision, fostering creative community, and helping shape the global landscape of New Contemporary Art. To commemorate this milestone,&nbsp;Corey Helford Gallery’s 20th Anniversary Celebration – September Edition opens on September 19th, 2026, following the August Edition installment creating one of the most ambitious and comprehensive series in the gallery's history. More than a group show, the anniversary serves as a tribute to the artists who transformed a gallery into a movement.&nbsp;With standout artists including D*Face, Ron English, Shepard Fairey, Paul Frank, Gary Baseman, Wayne White, Shag, Swoon, Miss Van, Luke Chueh and many more.&nbsp;Together, they will showcase newly created works by artists who have contributed to CHG's evolution from a bold Los Angeles venture into one of the world's leading destinations for fine art.Founded in 2006 by Jan Corey Helford and television producer and creator Bruce Helford, Corey Helford Gallery emerged during a pivotal moment in visual culture. At a time when many artists working outside traditional art world structures were seeking visibility, CHG became a home for creators whose work blended technical mastery, storytelling, popular culture, fantasy, surrealism, and personal narrative. The Fall Gallery Artists’ show at Destination: Art offers a look at life in the South Bay by the 15 elite artists who call it home, through a showcase of 90 works.&nbsp;&nbsp;The fine art runs the gamut from traditional oils to photography to mixed media.&nbsp; Debbie Abshear and Robin Kirk will each talk about their artworks at the Reception.&nbsp; The exhibition is on display through 10/17.
