I'm a senior at Scotch Plains Fanwood High School in the midst of applying to nursing school and in between the volunteering at hospitals, homework, spending time with my family and my perfect boyfriend of two years, working at Fanwood Memorial Library, I've managed to start my own local business in my own kitchen!

I started making cake pops a year and a half ago, and now I'm officially publicizing my business. I've made cake pops for events at Childrens' Specialized Hospital, Overlook Hospital, family birthday parties, holiday get togethers, and many other events... The next one could be you!! Recently, I was interviewed by the Scotch Plains Patch about my cake pop business and my talents are featured on Reddit as well.

I'm pretty new to this blogging business, so if you have any tips on what to do, what not to do, help me out! :)
