Mark is an independent consultant recognized for leading and executing Management of Change, Communication and Performance Improvement programs. Mark has exceptional skills in managing large, complex programs where multiple constituencies, fluid environments and simultaneous deadlines are the norm. He is a resourceful analytic problem solver with a strong passion for connecting people, issues and solutions.

Mark has a Master's Degree in Instructional Systems Design with an emphasis on Performance Technology as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Education from the Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.
