Mark Grieco, Neighbor

Mark was born, raised, and schooled in New Jersey.  After graduating from Rutgers in 1984, he enlisted for two years in the Army Infantry, trying to find himself. Mostly, he found himself eating awful food and, unnecessarily, vexing authority figures. (A stint in the NJ National Guard as a tank crewman had similar results) He spent the rest of the 80's as a successful landscape designer and engaging in pleasant dissipation.  Married for 18 years, he has also been an educator for almost 20 years. Enjoying a good fight in the service of the public, he has toiled in politics and government for nearly 20 years. Since Sept. 11th, 2001, he has volunteered in various emergency services organizations. An avid outdoorsman, he has recently taught himself tracking and is a volunteer member of a search and rescue team. He and his wife live in Franklin Twp. in a very modest home with three cats. He was a reporter and editorial writer for the Somerset Spectator, vexing authority figures who really deserved it.
