Marty Musikant, along with his wife, Kim, owns and operates Active Life Fitness in Garwood, NJ and has been helping people pursue their fitness goals since 1998. Their business specializes in fitness for older adults, those over 40, for whom the aging process must be considered, when designing an appropriate exercise program.
