Hi, I’m Mary. I work in behavioral health supporting Medicare-eligible older adults and their caregivers. I was a caregiver for my mother, and during that time I saw how difficult it can be to navigate anxiety, depression, and the emotional challenges that can come with aging — especially when mental health resources are limited or hard to access. That experience shaped my commitment to helping families feel supported and not alone. I’m here on Patch to stay connected with the community and to share helpful mental health resources when appropriate.
