Matthew Mann is a voice for career-focused education in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Ohio. A passionate and forward-thinking educational administrator, Matthew Mann is the Director of Education at North American Trade Schools based in Baltimore. In this role, Matthew continues to utilize his decade of experience to address and meet the evolving workforce needs of our country. In fact, the government push for more trade education that will lead to jobs in construction, nursing, welding, truck driving and more is making Matthew’s role more crucial than ever.

Matthew Man’s approach to career-focused education is based on two fundamental schools of thought: a strong desire to help people grow and the understanding of the requirements of a successful 21st-century workforce that will close the wage and career gap. He balances his career in education administration with numerous professional and community partnerships in the Baltimore and central Pennsylvania area.

Before his shift into education administration, Matthew Mann was an auto mechanics and transportation teacher at his local trade school for fifteen years. As fulfilling as it was to teach, he wanted to address the administrative shortcomings in vocational education that he saw on a national and local level. Mindful of the shifting state of education in the country, Matthew Mann wondered if he could expand his impact on a larger scale.

A few years later, Matthew earned his Masters in Education from Temple University to become a change agent within the field of career-focused academics.
