Maxwell Mitchell, D.C., Neighbor

Dr. Mitchell is a chiropractor at Advanced Physical Medicine (APM) Chiropractic and Wellness Center, found on Washington Ave in North Haven. Dr. Mitchell has been influenced by sports from a young age. So it is no surprise that his favorite sport, basketball, would point him to his future profession. While playing basketball at Sacred Heart High School in Waterbury, he discovered one of his coaches was a chiropractor, which peaked his interest. Over the next couple years he would look into the profession and while finishing his Bachelors at Quinnipiac University he decided that Chiropractic would be the profession for him. After graduating from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic(UBCC) he would go on to open APM with his business partner and friend Dr. Candice Pollack, who also graduated from UBCC. Dr. Mitchell continues his active lifestyle now working out at the gym and with various activities including still playing basketball.
