My name is Meggie and I'm an NCCPT certified personal trainer and a certified INSANITY LIVE Group exercise instructor. I have a passion for sports, fitness and building a healthy lifestyle. I got started as a Track and Field and Soccer athlete, and as a sports trainer in high school. I continued studying Sports Medicine and Kinesiology at Cabrillo College. Currently I'm playing Soccer in and adult league and training for my black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I also train a Girl's Competitive Soccer team where I design specific workouts to meet the coach's requests.

My objective as a personal trainer is to help you reach your fitness and lifestyle goals in a positive environment with support, hard work, and fun! I enjoy every aspect of personal training and strive to help people feel better.
