Fit4Mom Towson aims to help women make strides in fitness, motherhood and life! We are a group of moms that workout with our children in tow! Instead of leaving them at home or in a gym daycare, we believe in leading through example. We offer more than great workouts though - check out our schedule for weekly playgroups, themed classes, family night/day out, mom's night out and more!
