The fifth Tri-Valley Artist Studio Tour (TVAST) will be held the first weekend in May, May 1 to May3. TVAST will be a weekend filled with creativity and inspiration. More than 70 artists will be displaying their art in their homes, studios, gardens, and collectives, representing the entire Tri-Valley. Participating cities include Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon, and Danville. Visit more than 25 locations to watch demonstrations, browse art for sale, and talk with local artists. You will find all kinds of wonderful art from paintings, ceramics, sculpture, glass, mixed media, photographs, and collage, to jewelry, textiles, and wearable art.
You will be amazed by the variety and originality in the artwork. This is a unique opportunity to experience the exceptional talent of local artists. Buy directly from the artist: from small gifts and home décor to full-size wall art, there is something for everyone at TVAST.

Enjoy live standup comedy Livermore’s most fun winery. The show combines award‑winning wine, craft beer, and great food with laughs in the heart of wine country. Now in its 7th season, this show is great for date nights, friend groups, and wine lovers who want a fun, experience minutes from downtown Livermore.
Set in the beautiful hills of the Livermore Valley, Laughs in a Glass features a rotating lineup of professional standup comedians. Enjoy wines by the glass or bottle, and order food before the show starts.
Doors open at 6:00 pm and the show starts around 7:30 pm. Shows typically go until 9:30 with a short intermission. Guests can settle in, socialize, and savor the 3 Steves Winery experience. Everyone gets a reserved seat. Tables are organized by party, making it easy all to enjoy the show in comfort.
With limited seating, Laughs in a Glass often sells out, so purchasing tickets ahead of time is strongly recommended.

The Save Soil Walkathon is a free, family-friendly one-hour community walk at San Ramon Central Park on Sunday, May 3rd from 8:30 to 10:00 AM. Vice Mayor Marisol Rubio of the City of San Ramon will join as Chief Guest. It's part of a coordinated 38+ city movement across the US and Canada this spring, organized locally by East Bay parent volunteers.
The walk raises awareness about soil degradation — a quiet but urgent crisis. Over half of the world's topsoil has been lost in the last 150 years, and the UN's FAO warns that 90% of the world's soils could be degraded by 2050. The Save Soil movement is a global awareness campaign backed by the UN's FAO, UNEP, UNCCD, WFP, and IUCN.
The event is open to all ages, stroller- and dog-friendly, and includes simple hands-on soil activities for kids. No fundraising, no sales pitch — just a chance to walk together and start a conversation that matters.
