Melissa Payne, Neighbor

Melissa Payne, a life long Stillwater resident, grew up in her grandparents restaurant and was instilled with an enthusiasm for food, dining and cooking. At times you'll swear she runs a restaurant out of her kitchen with all the friends that stop over to eat. Just ask the neighbors, they've seen the cars down the street.
